I’m Jyoti. I’m a pianist, composer, arranger, and educator. As a church musician, I’ve served as a volunteer music minister, Catholic school music teacher, and full-time parish music director. In all of these roles, I’ve worked from my happy place: the piano bench. From this vantage point, I’ve been blessed to lead choirs, announce hymn numbers, give pep talks, cantor while accompanying myself, cue entrances while mouthing words in a ridiculously exaggerated manner, and share my faith. Above all, I believe that music ministry serves a beautiful purpose in glorifying God and helping people draw closer to Him in worship.
